Conservation: The building was Grade II listed so we had to work closely with a conservationist. We followed their guidance to the letter.

Logistics: With only 2 small external pedestrian doors, over 100 tons of ground to remove, a new drainage system, a reinforced concrete floor and a full two-storey steel frame to be fitted and all whilst working on a single land street – this was always going to be tough. As ever, with great management and careful planning, close work with our subcontractors and the support transport companies and the local neighbours, Enrok pulled it off.

Drawings: On a project like this the drawings are never going to be perfect. When we faced any discrepancies between the drawings and the job, we assessed the situation and came up with a pragmatic solution to get it done, improving where we could without adding extra costs.

Testimonial “Excellent – that’s how I would describe the workmanship of Jordan Mallisch and his team at Enrok Construction. We’re not talking about simple house builds, but intricate building designs. That’s why I’m planning on working with them again, two more times this year.”
Adrian Jones, Director at Severn Property Ltd.

Next Project Oaklands

Built on the former site of a nursing home, we took on the project as principal contractors and delivered builds to the developer individually and ready for sale as we completed each unit. We worked closely with the developer’s employers agents to deliver Oaklands on time and on budget. The luxury Oaklands units were fitted with HATT Kitchens, Porcelanosa tiles and modern bathrooms, with underfloor heating on the ground floor. A private site with a gated entrance, Oaklands became the Moseley equivalent of an oasis.
